Digital or Offset

We print both digital and offset. I personally like digital. It is more versatile and it has a wider color gamut and it provides a powerful one to one marketing and personalization

How Long does it take:

The actual printing and manufacturing time is 5-7 days after you approve the PDF proof. Frankly we make money from Rush orders. how fast can we make it, how about few hours. Minimum Qty:

Although we recommend 50 units as a minimum because it is economical, you can really order one if you like. It will just cost you more.

How many Colors:

Standard is 4 colors (CYMK). Spot colors , Pantone colors are optional.

One Sided or two sided print:

Most products are printed on one side (4/0) and then converted. This makes the product look like it is printed on both sides. Some small areas will show white paper on the unprinted surface such as the spin on the inside of the sleeve. Double sided print is an option (4/4). Order free samples if you are not sure or call our graphics department for more info.

Paper Thickness:

Yes, you can have your project printed on a thicker or thinner paper. The standard paper is 12pts C1S cover (optional Stocks for a fee: 8 Pts, 10 Pts, 14 Pts, 16 Pts, 18 Pts, 100 Lbs, 111 Lbs, 130 Lbs). Obviously this special paper will add cost to your project.
