Jewel Cases are called traditional Music CD packaging. Recently Digipak took over the volume title, but some people still like to go with the jewel cases. The options are unlimited when it comes to Jewel Case. You have the link line with just the front insert all the way to the 4 Disc package with the front and back inserts. The standard Jewel case can have a simple one paper printed front and back (2 Panel) to the monster 48 page Booklet on an 80 Lb Gloss test book. Jewel cases are also used for software and electronic manuals. Booklets and inserts are printed on premium paper with bright vivid colors on an FSC certified paper, using only environmental friendly, biodegradable printing process. The paper is 100 Lbs Gloss Text, grade-A, recycled contains at least 10% post-consumer recycled content.

We print both digital and offset. I personally like digital. It is more versatile and it has a wider color gamut and it provides a powerful one to one marketing and personalization

How Long does it take:

The actual printing and manufacturing time is 5-7 days after you approve the PDF proof. Frankly we make money from Rush orders. how fast can we make it, how about few hours. Minimum Qty:

Although we recommend 1000 units as a minimum for the Replication process, you can still order one Disc if you like using the CD-R, DVD-R or Blu Ray duplication process.

How many Colors:

Standard is 4 colors (CYMK). Spot colors , Pantone colors are optional.

One Sided or two sided print:

Most products are printed on one side (4/0) and then converted. This makes the product look like it is printed on both sides. Some small areas will show white paper on the unprinted surface such as the spin on the inside of the sleeve. Double sided print is an option (4/4). Paper Options:
