Color Matching

Incoming quality inspections of film or label art files are performed in each of the following areas to guarantee legibility and image integrity. To prevent a delay in production, please indicate in writing if a deviation from the following inspection criteria is intentional at the time film or electronic files are submitted.

eDocPublish.com can print up to 5 colors PMS or 6 Color on Offset. We can color match coated PMS (Pantone Matching System) color. For multicolor image designs, a separate film must be provided for all colors. Indicate if a background color needs to be printed first. All images will be printed on the silver reflective disc unless indicated that a spot color background needs to be printed first. For images that appear white on a white paper proof, please indicate if these areas are to be printed in white or the reflective silver disc.

Remember all process color inks are transparent and will take on a metallic quality when printed directly over the aluminum-coated data area of a CD. You must provide an integral color proof when submitting four-color process film. eDocPublish.com does not offer hexachrome printing at this time.
